The policies underpinning Quantum Medicinal’s sustainable business model
Quantum Medicinal has embedded the United Nations Global Compact and the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals into its corporate business model. The Global Compact is a multinationally agreed upon premise to stimulate the development of corporate sustainability by adopting principles that remedy pressing issues relating to human rights, labour, anti-corruption and the environment. The SDGs promote economic growth that does not compromise the ability of future generations to meet their needs.
Further, the cornerstones of Quantum Medicinal’s operations stem from the international policies and standards established by the WHO and PAHO. Quantum Medicinal has adopted the ISO’s standards on healthcare organization management, the processing of health care products and ensures that the quality and competence of its medical laboratories reflect what is required globally.
The Company also promotes new and emerging international agreements like the Pandemic Accord, which attempts to prepare global preparedness for pandemics through several initiatives.
It is a combination of these global policies and standards that Quantum Medicinal’s business model is structured upon.
