The Quantum Group is committed to implementing the Global Compact and inspiring other commercial sector players to do the same. We are committed to combating all forms of corruption, including but not limited to bribery, fraud, and extortion, and we intend to implement adequate reporting mechanisms to ensure that whistleblowers can effectively report suspected and credible instances of corrupt activity within the company and among external stakeholders. We comply with all local anti-corruption legislation, including Central Bank directives, and follow worldwide best practices in this area to the greatest extent practicable. We understand the need of providing staff with protections to support a zero-tolerance approach to corrupt practices and uphold the United Nations Global Compact Anti-Corruption Principle (Principle 10) to the greatest extent practical for a firm of our size:
“Businesses should work against corruption in all its forms, including extortion and bribery”

- Educating staff on suspicious activity, including staff obligations to report actual or suspected cases of the same using internal mechanisms or to external authorities, as required.
- Investigating all reports of fraud, corruption, and suspicious practices, ensuring the whistleblower does not suffer harm or realisation.
- Documenting a robust whistleblower protection policy and sharing this staff wide.
- Uphold its obligations under domestic legislation and international custom to safeguard against any instances of corporate fraud, bribery or corruption.
The Quantum Group requires all staff to implement and abide by the foregoing, as well as all our internal and external stakeholders, partners and clients.
