Quantum Medicinal Research and Development (‘Quantum Medicinal’) is a premier biomedical supplier that provides high-quality pharmaceuticals, biomedical equipment, and medical consumables to Trinidad and Tobago and the broader Caribbean. Quantum Medicinal’s operations draws from the United Nations Sustainable Development Goal (‘UNSDG’) 3 and the Johannesburg Plan of Implementation issued at the 2002 World Summit on Sustainable Development (the notion that all human beings are entitled to a healthy and productive life) by providing accessible and reliable medical supplies and services.

Our History

Quantum Medicinal was founded as a think tank of professionals to develop policies and a model that addresses persistent gaps in healthcare supplies and services within Trinidad and Tobago. It drives initiatives aligned with global policies set by global public health organizations (such as the World Health Organization and the Pan American Health Organization) and international agreements (such as the Pandemic Accords).

As a local leader in Trinidad and Tobago’s healthcare industry, Quantum Medicinal actively influences local government, private sector and the general population to adopt the standards set by these global policies. As the demand for medical equipment, therapeutics, and consumables grew, the need for a dedicated, reliable supplier became increasingly apparent. The establishment of Quantum Medicinal has brought together experts in biopharmaceuticals and medical technology with a shared mission to support the healthcare infrastructure in the Caribbean.
